How do I use it for kids in the first and second grade?
Together, the Primary Teacher Guide and Primary Student Pages lead you and your children through the entire lesson. Since the Primary level bridges the gap between very low-level readers and more advanced readers, the Primary level is the one level that requires a Teacher Guide. As you follow the Primary Teacher Guide, you will lead your student(s) through the Bible lesson while they interact with their Student Page. You’ll be amazed at how much all of you learn! The Bible Book Summary Cards and the Children's Songs CD Set are often referenced in the lesson. They are optional but highly recommended. The Wall Maps and Time Line set is another great, optional tool that you will love if you have some wall space.

The Primary Teacher Guide guides the teacher through the whole lesson. The review system, memory work, interactive Bible story, application activities, Bible drills, time line and map drills and more are all here! You use the Teacher Guide to lead your students through their Student Page.
Imagine learning the basic content of every Bible book! You can with the Bible Book Summary Cards. The Teacher Guide will refer you to these cards in nearly every lesson. They are that helpful!
Every lesson includes a suggested children's song. Each one of then (90 in all) is on the Children's Songs CD set.
Students use the Primary Student Pages to interact with the lesson as the teacher guides them through. Activities are fun, challenging and purposeful! Note: Because of the low but widely varying reading levels of this age, the Primary level is the only level that requires a Teacher's Guide in addition to the Student Pages.
Helping students understand how all the Bible events, people and places fit together is the job of the Unlabeled Wall Maps and Time Line that uses removable and reusable labels. *These visuals are large! Home users may need to rely solely on the time line and map drills in the Student Pages.
